Under CWS’ Watershed Permit, the District has been implementing a stormwater retrofit program for developed areas that lack adequate stormwater treatment. CWS worked with Partner Cities to document the program and our planned investments. The final Stormwater Retrofit Program Plan (PDF, 1MB) was submitted to Oregon DEQ on April 22, 2019.
