Your bill from Clean Water Services covers a two-month period and includes sanitary sewer & surface water management (SWM) charges that pay for sewer pipes, maintenance and construction, and operation of the wastewater treatment plants as well as for the costs associated with support of the public drainage system.

Additional billing and rate information:
Clean Water Services bills for sewer and Surface Water Management services to customers who reside in Washington County within the urban growth boundary (PDF, 189KB), the cities of Banks, Gaston, Durham, North Plains, King City, and small portions of Clackamas and Multnomah Counties.
For customers also served by Tualatin Valley Water District, charges for our services are combined in a single bill along with the water charges. If you reside within the city boundaries of Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro, Tualatin, Sherwood, Forest Grove, Cornelius or portions of Lake Oswego, charges for our services are included in your city utility bill.
Starting February 2019, customers who mail in a check to pay their bill will use payment address below. If you pay by phone or web, nothing will change, and if you use the payment envelope included with your bill, it will update automatically.
