Stormwater Management Plan Update Opportunity to Comment
Clean Water Services is updating the Stormwater Management Plan as required by its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit. The updated Plan will be submitted to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality by August 1, 2008. The 30-day public comment period is from May 1 through May 30, 2008. To comment on the draft Stormwater Management Plan, or to request a copy (printed or CD), please contact Sheri Wantland at (503) 681-5111.
