Woods #2 Local Sewer Improvement Project

Project # 6162

This project will provide sanitary sewer to seven lots on SW Rhus Court off SW 164th Avenue on Bull Mountain near Tigard where the homes are currently on septic systems. Construction will include approximately 600 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main and service laterals to the lots. The project will include lowering of 130 feet of storm sewer and replacement of a catch basin. Construction will impact SW Rhus Court and SW 164th Avenue. After construction, the street will be resurfaced with a slurry seal. Estimated cost: $156,000.

May 2006

Kerr Contractors, Inc. was awarded the project with a low bid of $120,704. Construction is scheduled to begin in Mid-May and be completed by August 4, 2006.

September 2007

Project was accepted as complete by the Clean Water Services Board of Directors on September 19, 2006 by Minute Order No. 06-75.
