Old Orchard Storm Project

Project No. 6327

This project is located east of Highway 217 and north of Walker Road, just outside the Beaverton city limits. The project involves upgrading the existing storm water conveyance system in the vicinity of the Underwood Road, Old Orchard Court and Walker Road neighborhoods and will alleviate localized existing winter flooding.  Project is scheduled for late 2007 through fall 2008.

A design survey as well as an environmental survey have been completed and are currently being reviewed by District staff. A drainage analysis is currently being conducted to evaluate the various drainage basins and sub-basins in this area. Design and cost alternatives will be prepared and neighborhood meetings will be scheduled late summer or early fall, 2007.
