Project construction is complete and all assessments have been finalized. All benefited properties are connected except two requiring STEP Systems (septic tank effluent pumping). Currently working with Orenco Systems, property owners and installers to get systems constructed.

UPDATE - Project Complete
The project is now complete and construction was accepted by the Clean Water Services Board of Directors on October 17, 2006 by Minute Order No. 06-84. Property Owner Assessments were levied by the District's Board of Directors on November 28, 2006 by Resolution and Order No. 06-43.
