Project #6182
This Local Improvement District (LID) project constructed approximately 2,700 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer and upsize 165 feet of 6-inch sewer to 8-inch to provide sanitary sewer service to 20 properties in the vicinity of NW Cornell Road and 102nd Avenue.
This project was established by the Clean Water Services Board of Directors (BOD) on June 8, 2004 by Resolution and Order No. 04-36.
UPDATE - Project Complete
Project construction is now complete and was accepted by the Clean Water Services Board of Directors on December 12, 2006 by Minute Order No. 06-108. Planting and restoration are complete with the exception of minor corrections to trench settlement in offsite areas. Construction practices employed the use of trenchless technologies. This is the first mainline installation of pipe via horizontal directional drilling methods to avoid traffic disruption along Cornell Road. Worked Great! It will be used on future projects where applicable. Also used some pipe bursting to upsize downstream tributary lines.
Property owner assessments are complete and were levied by the District's Board of Directors on January 23, 2007 by Resolution and Order No. 07-5.
