As of June 1, 2006, in order to obtain an NPDES 1200-C Permit you will need to complete and submit:

• DEQ’s Land Use Compatibility Statement (LUCS) (PDF, 55KB)
• Erosion Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) Drawings (Examples below)

Permit application materials must follow the sample documents in order to maintain the intent and integrity of the program.
