Instructions for Online Applicants
Before you complete the online application, you must have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. You can download it here.
Before you begin, please read the following to learn how to make your online application successful. Application materials will only be accepted for positions that are currently open.
- Be aware that if you close your Internet browser (for any reason) before you submit your application, you will lose all data and you will need to reapply.
- Please allow enough time to complete this application online. Please have your education/training and work history readily available. If you have all of your information on hand, it should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete.
- Once you’ve completed the application, please print out both the job announcement and the completed application to ensure that you have all the information you’ll need. The District will not be able to provide a copy of your application once it’s been submitted.
- Applicants who need reasonable accommodation in order to participate in any phase of the application process should call the Human Resources Division at 503-681-3600 or TDD at 503-681-3601.
Application materials submitted via email must be received no later than the opening of business on the Monday following the closing date listed.
Do not apply twice for the same job. If you want to make a modification to your application, please call our Receptionist at (503) 681-3600 between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Pacific Time or TDD (503) 681-3601.
