Canines for Clean Water Photo Contest

Now that you've taken the pledge and received your bandana, send us a picture of your bandana-bearing buddy! We'll enter it into our Canines for Clean Water Photo Contest and choose one winner at the end of each month. Winners will receive a dog bone bag dispenser (with bags!) to hang on your dog's collar or leash for easy scooping while on-the-go. It's just our way of saying thanks for you and your dog's help in keeping our rivers safe and clean!

Sunshine was chosen as the 2007 Canine of the Year out of our monthly winners.

Thanks to Jennifer, Sunshine's human companion for this photo taken at Buck Lake, a beautiful lake near the Upper Clackamas River. Sunshine is a 12-year old golden retriever and chow mix. According to Jennifer, she is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet, she doesn't even growl if cats eat her food.
