You will need a valid email address and a copy of your bill to complete the step-by-step process. Once you choose a password and are registered, your account is always just a mouse-click away.
Clean Water Services (through a partnership with Tualatin Valley Water District) offers FREE online account services for our residential and business utility customers. You can do the following online:
- Pay your bill with a debit or credit card (MasterCard and Visa accepted)
- Sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer (automatic deduction from your checking or savings account)
- View your account history and usage
- Change your name, phone number and mailing address
- Open and close your sewer and surface water management account
- Sign up for paperless billing
Some key points to remember:
- You will still receive a paper bill in the mail unless you sign up for paperless billing.
- To view your account and/or pay your bill online, you must receive a utility bill directly from Clean Water Services or a combined bill from Tualatin Valley Water District and Clean Water Services. If you pay your bill to another entity (such as an apartment or homeowner’s association), unfortunately you will not be able to access your account online.
- Partial payments are accepted, however, the full payment is still due on the due date indicated on the bill.
- We still accept payments through the mail and at our pay stations.
