Electronic Funds Transfer

Take advantage of our Electronic Funds Transfer program by having your sewer and surface water charges automatically withdrawn from your bank account. You have two options to complete the form.

Option 1: Download (PDF, 96KB), print, and fill out the form. You can mail it to:

Option 2: Complete the form online (if you haven't previously registered for online bill pay, you'll need a copy of your bill to register).

*We contract with the Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) for payment processing. The application refers to TVWD even though you are only authorizing payment for your sewer and surface water charges.
