Clean Water Services, in partnership with Washington County Land Use and Transportation Department will be prequalifying Contractors to install sanitary sewer force mains by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) methods as part of the Brookwood Road Widening Project (Project). This prequalification is in addition to the Oregon Department of Transportation prequalification process for the road project.
