The 2011 Water Quality Manhole Retrofit Project No. 6448 is a stormwater retrofit project located on residential streets within the Washington County right-of-way. The Project is to install 20 sumped conveyance structures providing pretreatment upstream of water quality facilities and significant stormwater outfalls within the District’s service area. There are 17 different sites where these structures will be installed, all located in urban Washington County, Oregon.
