Watershed Management Division
The Watershed Management Division provides leadership in Surface Water Management
planning and implementation, and assists with wastewater management activities. In cooperation with other District work units, the Division evaluates existing requirements and anticipates the potential impacts of both internal and external policy decisions. Division staff has regular interaction with local governments, natural resource agencies, business/home builder organizations, local watershed groups and citizens in collaborative efforts affecting the District. The Division enables proactive participation in emerging legislative, rule making and policy interpretation.
