Clarifires at Rock Creek FacilityThe Wastewater Treatment Department provides operation, maintenance, engineering, and capital improvements for the District’s wastewater treatment plants. Over 64 million gallons of sewage per day, on average, is pumped and treated to some of the highest standards in the nation. It is then returned to the environment in the Tualatin River or reused for irrigation on agricultural crops and golf courses. Wastewater Treatment includes Administration, Operation and Maintenance, and Treatment Plant Services.
