Clean Water Advisory Commission
The purpose of the Clean Water Advisory Commission (CWAC) is to review and discuss major policy issues and programs related to the management of water resources in the Tualatin River Watershed and make recommendations to Clean Water Services' Board of Directors. A five-member subcommittee of CWAC serves as the District's budget committee. There are 15 Board-appointed members of CWAC and membership reflects a diversity of occupations and interests as follows:
- 5 from neighborhood
- 2 owners or managers of businesses other than land development or construction
- 2 from the development community
- 2 from environmental organizations
- 2 from agricultural interests
- 1 non-voting member from Clean Water Services
- 1 non-voting member representing a member city
